Twenty-four visits a year, for as long as you own the place. Not just the weekends you come up, and not just the months you'd think to worry about.

We check the systems, answer the weather, collect the mail, and send you photographs every time. If something's wrong, you hear about it the same day, usually with a vendor already lined up.

Someone is looking after your house whether you're here or not.

  • Interior and exterior walkthrough, twice monthly

  • Systems checked: heat, water, plumbing, alarm

  • Seasonal prep and storm response, with an extra visit inside 24 hours of severe weather

  • Mail and packages collected

  • Vendor coordination, and we'll have someone lined up before we call you

  • Timestamped photo report after every visit
